SPECIAL NOTE:  NO DECISIONS ARE MADE OR VOTES TAKEN AT THIS MEETING

 

 

1)    Call to order

 

2)    Read, revise and prepare for approval the Minutes of 02/08/10 Meeting
- This is needed so we do not spend too much time reviewing the minutes at the next Commission meeting on 3/08/10.  Our goal is to make our Commission meetings shorter so that we will get more participation from the general public.

3)    Review Roles and Responsibilities of Commission Members and open for discussion any pertinent matters.

It is better to review now so an informed vote can be taken at the Town Meeting on 3/08/10.

 

4)    Public comments/question/concerns (2-3 minutes per person in turn; each person may speak up to 3 times)

 

5)    Adjournment of Working Meeting and motion to convene Special Meeting to vote on approval of inspection agency
