Notice of Decision Letters of the Board of Adjustment
After a hearing has been held, a Notice of Decision letter is prepared by the Board of Adjustments (in conjunction with its attorney). This decision letter presents a summary of the arguments for and against granting of the variance, and renders the Board of Adjustment's decision from the hearing, as well as any conditions that must be satisfied as a requirement of receiving the variance.
