THE COMMISSIONERS OF BELLEFONTE Delaware

AN ORDINANCE  RELATING TO THE DISTRIBUTION OP  CIRCULARS AND
OTHER PRINTED MATTER.

It is hereby ordained by the Commissioners of The Commissioners of Beliefonte that:

SECTION 1.  It shall be unlawful for any nerson to distribute any advertising matter,
handbill, circular, or other literature or printed matter within the Town of Beliefonte by
casting or scattering the same unon any of the streets, sidewalks, alleys or nubile or private
property within the Torn, or in any manner excent as follows:  (1) by handing the same to
any individual, (2) by placing the same under the door of any dwelling or nlace of business,
or (3) by placing the same in the mail slot.

SECTION 2.  Provided: Nothing in this ordinance shall apply to: (1) United States Mail,
or (2) any newsnaner or other periodical purchased, ordered or subscribed to by the
occupant of the nronerty upon which the same is placed.

SECTION 3.  Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon
conviction thereof, be sentenced to nay & fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) and.
costs of prosecution.

SECTION 4.  Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
