Filing for a Hearing

To file for a hearing with the Board of Adjustment, you need to complete an Application for Hearing.  There are
several other documents and activities you must complete before a hearing is scheduled, described in the
Hearing Information Pamphlet.  One of them is the Tax Verification Form, below.  To download these documents,
click on the links below.  Print the documents and complete the Application, then mail it to:

Meetings and hearings of the Board of Adjustment are scheduled as necessary.  Dates are set when the Board
receives completed application for a hearing, payment, and verification of taxes paid.
Notice of Decision Letters of the Board of Adjustment

After a hearing has been held, a Notice of Decision letter is prepared by the Board of Adjustments (in conjunction
with its attorney).  This decision letter presents a summary of the arguments for and against granting of the
variance, and renders the Board of Adjustment's decision from the hearing, as well as any conditions that must be
satisfied as a requirement of receiving the variance.
