Special/Working Meeting Minutes
June 28, 2005

The Special/Working Meeting was called to order at 7:20 pm.  All commissioners
attended except Terry, who is on a business trip.

Russ attended at the request of Dave.  Russ explained that he had missed a number of
meetings because of the current economic status since his injury at work.  He also has had
trouble scheduling babysitters on the night of working meetings, but he intends to stay on
as an active member of the Commission.

Kostyshyn vs. Bellefonte Town Commission case reviewed.  The Commissions response
to the complantant's briefing was prepared and delivered to the prothonotary by Facciolo.

Terry announced that he would have a draft ordinance ready for first reading at the Town
Meeting.  The ordinance would adopt the IBC property maintenance code as amended
by NCC, and would name NCC Department of Land Use as code enforcement agents
for Bellefonte.

The Complaint log was reviewed, several new entries were made and the cases were
assigned to those attending for action.

The meeting ended at 8:55 pm.
