New Castle Co Department of Land Use Performs Building Inspections and Issues Permits
The Town of Bellefonte Retains the Zoning Review Portion of Building Permits.
Effective immediately, Zoning Review will not be required for roof replacement (go directly to NCC Dept of Land Use for roofing permits).
