On April 8, 2024, 6-7 pm, a Public Hearing was held to gain feedback and at the following Town Meeting, the Commissioners present made revisions to Ordinance 2024-03 – Land Use Code; and also conducted the first reading of the Ordinances for approval. A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, May 13, 6 pm, to consider adoption of a revised Land Use Code, Ordinances 2024-01, 2024-02, and 2024-03. Printed copies will be available at the hearing or are available to download below. There will be an explanation of changes, a question and answer period, and comments (limited to 3 minutes per person).
