Meetings and hearings of the Board of Adjustment are scheduled as necessary.  Dates are set when the Board receives completed application for a hearing, payment, and verification of taxes paid.

Filing For a Hearing

 

 

To file for a hearing with the Board of Adjustment, you need to complete an Application for Hearing. There are several other documents and activities you must complete before a hearing is scheduled, described in the Hearing Information Pamphlet. One of them is the Tax verification Form, below.
